This is a real genuine Butterfly wing encased in resin to protect its natural form and beauty. The resined butterfly wing is then sanded and polished to a glossy finish like glass. The pendant is then assembled on to an 18" sterling silver belcher chain but can be changed to any length if requested.
The butterfly used for this necklace is a dark specimen with mainly black and brown colours which resemble a dead leaf. the opposite side of the wing is lighter in colour and has visible veins like a leaf (necklace can be worn either way)
